Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following times for your scheduled appointment:

  • Drop-Off: Between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM
  • Pick-Up: 4:00 PM on the same day

What to Expect

  • Check-In: Park in our parking lot and text us at 989-898-0835 with your pet’s name.
  • Please keep your pet in the car until your appointment time.
  • We’ll send you a message when we’re ready to bring your pet inside.

Vaccination:

  • Use the ramp to the side door to access the vaccine clinic.
  • Exit: After your appointment, please exit through the front porch door to help keep the flow moving smoothly.

Paperwork

  • All paperwork, including rabies certificates and testing results, will be emailed to you after your pet’s services are completed.

Once we review and approve your application, you will receive an email confirmation with pre-appointment instructions. If we need additional information or need to select a different date, we will contact you directly. Please be sure to check your email inbox and voicemail for any further instructions.
